Did you know that my favorite grocery store wants to help you save money? Kroger.com is full of resources to help you make your dollars go further. Kroger has generously sponsored this giveaway of a $25 Kroger gift card to two of my lucky readers. Free groceries always sound like a good prize to me! Be sure to note that this Kroger gift card can also be used at any store in the Kroger family (including Fred Meyer).
Here are some money-saving highlights, provided by Kroger, that you'll find on their website:
Shortcuts –A service of AOL, in partnership with Kroger, the site allows customers to download coupons directly to their Kroger Plus Card. During checkout, coupons are automatically redeemed when your Card is scanned.
P&G eSaver – Did you know that you can download P&G coupons directly to your Kroger Plus Card? During checkout, coupons are automatically redeemed when you scan your Card.
Printable Coupons –Forget to pick up the Sunday paper? No worries. Now you can print coupons directly from the Kroger.com site.
Fuel Rewards - Customers throughout The Kroger Co.’s family of stores can accumulate and redeem fuel discounts they earn by shopping at Kroger-owned stores at participating gas stations the retailer operates across the country. Most of the fuel discount programs offered by Kroger and its family of stores reward customers with a minimum of 10 cents off per gallon of gas for every $100 they spend in a store.
Kroger Pharmacy – Kroger Pharmacies offer a 30-day supply of more than 300 prescriptions for only $4, or 90-day supplies for only $10. That means you can save on generic drugs used to treat a wide range of medical conditions. At Kroger.com you can download a complete list of eligible medications and check to see if your local pharmacy participates.
1-2-3 Rewards MasterCard –Sign up for a 1-2-3 Rewards MasterCard and earn free groceries when you shop. Each time you use your card you’ll earn points – 1 point for every dollar spent outside the store, 2 points for every dollar spent inside the store and 3 points for every dollar spent on any of the Kroger family brands. For every 1,000 points you earn you’ll receive $5 in FREE groceries.

Just for fun, please leave a comment and tell me why you like shopping at Kroger. One reason I like shopping at Kroger is that I always find great mark-downs on products my family normally purchases. Last week I found one flavor of Yogi Tea marked-down to $1 a box (and yes, I had a 50 cent coupon that they doubled and I got my favorite tea for FREE). Thanks for entering and come back Monday, October 27 to find out who won!

I like shopping at Kroger with my Plus card, since I can save a lot every time I go. Also, I LOVED the promotion they had with the stimulus checks where you could get a $300 gift card, and 10 percent extra free. So $330 dollars worth for $300. Awesome!
Honestly , i've never shopped at krogers but i would like to give it a try and see how much i could save there compared to the other grocery stores i shop at !!!
Besides the good deals I get, I also love that if I need to, I can drop my kids off at their childcare while I power shop. I also like that they have a whole section devoted to healthy food and I don't have to try to find it hidden among the other food. Thanks for your great freebies!! :)
I love shopping at Kroger because they have the car buggies and my kids enjoy themselves in those..lol.
I love the variety at Kroger, especially in the organic section. And, you just can't beat the deals you get with the Esaver, shortcut.com and doubled coupons!!
I recently broke up with Walmart and switched to King Soopers for groceries (in the Kroger family) and I LOVE it! I think they have wonderful produce and I love that they double coupons and that I can load the P&G ecoupons on my card and they are automatically redeemed. I'm hooked!!
Thanks for a great giveaway! Kroger (Dillons) is the only store in my area that doubles coupons and I only get to shop there when visiting my parents who live a little over a half hour away. But it's worth it. We stock up on free toilet paper. I'm hoping the gift card would work at Dillons, too.
No childcare center at our Kroger's, but it's still really kid-friendly! The Floral Dept. will give kiddies a free balloon and the bakery gives out a free cookie! All the bribery I need to get my shopping and coupon matching done :)
I was an HEB-only person, then I started to clip coupons.... I stopped by Kroger one day, found out that they doubled and tripled coupons, and I have been hooked since then. Practically every employee at my Kroger knows me, and they tell all their new cashiers to watch what I can do with my coupons. I love Kroger stores, and it is the only grocery store I will go to now.
Dillon's is our local Kroger shop. I like the new coupons on the shoppers card AND that we can piggyback the paper coupons! (I know many stores don't allow it.)
I like when kroger has their 10 for 10 sale. also, their markdown bins are always full of good stuff.
I'm a big fan of my local Fred Meyers (our Krogers). Lots of great deals on groceries (and the best source of pomegranates!) plus amazing clothing sales. And QFC, also part of the Kroger family, has a decent local store with a great pharmacy staff.
You can't beat Kroger's 10/$10 sales and their 3 day weekend sales.
I love Kroger because of the sales! We don't have one close right now and it bugs my husband to death because he LOVES the deals they do on cereal!
I'm in the Dallas area and shop Kroger because of the good prices and double/triple coupons. The shortcuts and P&G ecoupons have made it even better!
I got a Kroger 1-2-3 Reward mastercard last year and now get 15 cents off gas per gallon, plus the gift certificates & extra coupons they mail out 4 times a year.
I love my Kroger store!

I listed your Kroger giveaway on my site www.attentiondillonsshoppers.blogspot.com!
Thank you so much Heather for all of your freebies and giveaways! You are a true inspiration to new bloggers like me!
I like that they double and triple coupons.
I like Frys/Kroger because they always double coupons. They also have their brand of yogurt for $.40 frequently, which is great because we go through at least 2 of those a day!
I shop at the Fred Meyer here in Washington State. I find that their produce selection is very good and if it is a seasonal item many times their prices will beat that at the military commissary.
I wish that they would double coupons out here!
Oh I could definitely use this!!

I just saved .10 on my gas because I shop at Kroger. I also love that hey mark down produce that is still useable. I also can save lots of monet because thy double coupons. I have also found some meat marked down hat was sill under the "sell by" date.
This past spring I decided to be a more frugal grocery shopper. I wa sure this would mean rarely shopping at Dillon's and mostly at Wal-Mart. But as I learned to coupon shop I have found it is just the opposite! Dillon's gets most of our grocery dollars due to the great coupon deals we get!!
I like Kroger because I can save money on gas when I do my grocery shopping there. I also love the Kroger brand chocolate milk. It is the best! The double coupons are also a good thing.
I love that they double my coupons, that they send me great loyalty coupons (like $16 off a $160 purchase), and the rewards Mastercard. For the past 3 quarters we've gotten at least $60 back in free groceries.
I love Kroger because, like you have already said, I can find great deals and they offer double coupons! My favorite time to shop there is when they are doing SUPER double coupons..sigh...gotta love getting 400 dollars worth of groceries and supplies for 50 bucks :D (that was my best "deal" using super doubles lol) Thank you so much for the chance to win a gift card!
I enjoy shopping at Kroger due to the different ways you can save money. I also like the different choices you can have. Thanks
I didn't know you could download coupons directly to your Kroger card - that's awesome!
I love Kroger because it's not Walmart, lol. I live in a small town and those are the only chain stores in the area, and I gladly chose Kroger over Walmart any day!
I love Kroger because I am always so surprised at how fresh and ripe their produce is. I hate it when the produce goes bad so quickly. At Kroger, I never have this problem!

what a great giveaway! I live in So. California, and we don't have Kroger here. But I went on their site and realized that Ralph's and Food4Less are part of the family! I love Ralph's! It's my favorite!
I began shopping at Kroger, because it was the closest grocery store to my dorm when I was in college.
I like Kroger because they treat me and my kids right. We are greeted at the entrance and at each department with a smile. They will pack my groceries with care and will even offer to take my bags to the car and load it for me. Not many stores do that anymore. All of the great deals and savings make the shopping experience that much more pleasant.
I like shopping at Smiths because they are the closest to our house and they always have the cheapest milk.
Where I live Kroger/ City Market is the largest grocery store of the 2. At check out I love to see my savings. I went on their website and loaded coupons onto my card - that is the best.
I love Kroger for the great deals that they have. Sometimes you can shop all of your weeks groceries from their sales.
I really like to shop at Krogers because they have everything that I need....and more!
I am a senior and get 10% off the price of Kroger brand products (with their Plus card), even if the item is on sale! They have the best prices of the 3 supermarkets nearest me. I also like the self checkout when I only have a few items.
I like to shop at Kroger because they have the best organic section! only place in town with organics!
Thanks for this giveaway!

Never really been a Kroger fan...but after reading all your posts...it maybe worth checking it out. Thanks
I like shopping at Kroger because I can usually find bread, hot dog, and hamburger buns marked down.
What a fabulously practical giveaway! Groceries are so expensive these days and every little bit helps!
P.S. Thanks for pointing out that Kroger now offers printable coupons! Do they offer ALL of the same coupons as the Sunday paper?
I haven't shopped a lot at Kroger (it's 20 miles from home), but my local grocery store stopped doubling/tripling coupons, so it might be worth the drive. Plus - I recently found out that I can take a letter from a nearby homeless shelter to Kroger and they will donate a percentage of what I buy - so I can save and give to charity at the same time!
I started clipping coupons in August and can honestly say I had never shopped at Smiths (Koroger) before then. It began with the summer Mega Sale, then the 10 for $10 (but you don't really have to buy 10 to get the great price). They take all of my coupons, but it was originally the P&G ecoupons that lured me in. Smiths was the only grocery store choice that was available to me, so I tried it. I LOVe that I earn points quarterly to get cash back sent in the mail. I would love it even more if they doubled coupons. And, daycare?! What?! How do I get on board for that one? In the mean time, the 15 cents of gas has been great, too. I'm hooked.
Kroger has a great childcare center with lots to do for kids while the parents shop...and I love their family packs of meat are always priced mch cheaper!
My grandbaby loves the free cookie while
her Mom shops. Keeps her busy so Mom can think about which is the best buy on the shelf.

We love Kroger. The best deals are their $1 deals and their store-brand products. I started using their Mastercard and love racking up points!
I have never shopped at Kroger store. I like the font style of the appearance of the store name "Kroger". I will try to shop at Kroger though the store is not located close to my home. Thanks forthe giveaway.
